Toronto, Canada, 21st June 2016 – Cultura Technologies LLC today announced that it has entered into the biosciences research industry through the acquisition of TOPAZ Technologies LLC, Austin Texas.

For over 30 years TOPAZ has developed pre-clinical and clinical software solutions for the medical research industry. TOPAZ is recognized as a market leader in providing highly specialized solutions for complex regulatory environments managed by University research facilities, Pharmaceutical companies, and government research institutions.
