SCAW Annual Winter Conference 2018

TOPAZ is excited, once again, to be attending the SCAW Annual Winter Conference. It’s held in San Antonio every year at the lovely Menger Hotel on the Riverwalk. For us, that’s an easy drive down I-35 from Austin! This year’s meeting is December 3rd-4th.

SCAW is The Scientists Center for Animal Welfare, which mainly focuses on outreach and education, both within the research community and among the public. The meeting program is always interesting and focused, and the exhibit room is a bit more intimate than at National AALAS!

It’s one of our favorite annual meetings. If you’re attending, be sure to stop by and say hello!
