The 2018 TOPAZ User Symposium

The 2018 TOPAZ User Symposium will be held after the 69th AALAS National Meeting.

The Symposium will be on-site at the University of Maryland Baltimore campus and will start with a reception on the evening of Wednesday, October 31st.

Main sessions will be on Thursday, November 1st and Friday, November 2nd with an optional teambuilding event on the morning of Saturday, November 3rd. 

Sessions may cover topics such as (agenda to be finalized):

  • TOPAZ Veterinary Management solution Round Table (Accepted Practices, Utility, Enhancement Requests)

  • Review of new TOPAZ Services (Training Videos, Disaster Recovery Services, etc.)

  • TOPAZ Breeding Product Sneak Peak

  • Elements Silverlight Free Tour / Progress Update

  • RFID / Integrations Review

  • Client Presentations (potential topics include: using VM, Customer Experience management, Go Live Accepted Practices)

  • TOPAZ State of the Union (2018 updates)

  • Topic Focused Round Tables (e.g., Vet Management, Breeding practices solution needs, 21st Century Cures Act impact)

Price is $1500. Travel expenses and lodging are the responsibility of attendees.

TOPAZ will provide the following meals:

Wednesday: Dinner

Thursday: Breakfast and Lunch

Friday: Breakfast and Lunch

Transportation needed during the symposium (i.e. to the University) will be provided

If attendees wish to withdraw from the symposium, they must do so no less than 30 days prior to the symposium start date in order to receive a refund.

The cutoff date for both registration and withdrawal is October 1, 2018.
